The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has launched the Nigerian National Domestic Card Scheme, AfriGo, to boost the electronic payment system in the country.

CBN Governor, Godwin Emefiele, who launched the card at a virtual ceremony on Thursday, said the initiative is aimed at creating a robust payment system that would drive financial inclusion in the country.
